Instructions Each HOME in Horizon Crest has a profile.
To find or change the profile for your home:
1. Choose the FIND MY LOGIN NAME option.
2. Enter your house address NUMBER (e.g. 15000 or 4800).
3. Complete the profile form.
NOTE: If your house is still assigned to an old resident who has moved, please send us an email and we'll reset your profile so you can put in your own information.
