MY Newport (Interaction) Tools No one is logged in
How Do I get a MY NEWPORT login? You probably already have a household profile, which came from the forms turned in during Back-to-School days, as well as some information supplied by the School District.
If you have NEVER logged in to MY NEWPORT, follow these steps:
1. Click the FIND MY PROFILE link, above.
2. Enter the HOUSE NUMBER for your home (e.g. 13400 Main Street would be 13400)
3. If you have an email address, you can enter that too -- and can enter a first name if you like
4. Matches will be displayed on the next page, including any match for the house number
5. Limited information is shown for each search result (for personal privacy)
6. If you recognize one of the matches, choose the THIS IS ME link
7. If you have an email address but have never logged in, a password is created and sent to the email address you have in the profile
8. If you HAVE logged in before, you will need to use the password you last used. If you don't know what that is, click the FORGOT MY PASSWORD link and it will be e-mailed to you.
If you need to change the password, you can do so when you are logging in for the first time. Otherwise, you can also change the password with the "UPDATE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION" link once you are logged in.
Once logged in, you can use the "VOLUNTEER CHOICES" link to update the preferences you selected for volunteer notification. Remember when you select a volunteer category, you are only NOTIFIED of the opportunities. You are not committed to any participation unless you want to be involved with the opportunity we present to you.

What is 'MY NEWPORT'? The My Newport section of our website is the personal interaction with the school. You can change what appears (or doesn't appear) in the parent/student directory, you can access the directory (if you have paid to become a PTA member), you can select notifications for volunteer opportunities, you can purchase and pay for things (including PTA donations for Classroom Bucks, PTA memberships, Senior Class fundraisers, etc.).
